Register on our website or download the Android application. Provide your personal information, employment details and next of kin contact. Your account is ready in minutes.
Select a Community Group and contribute weekly for three months, or pay a Loan Access Fee equal to 10% of the amount you need. Apply, and your application is reviewed instantly.
Approved funds are credited to your Metro account in under five minutes. Withdraw to your preferred bank account or mobile money wallet at any time.
Community Groups
Each group requires a fixed weekly contribution over three months. At the end of the period, you are eligible to borrow up to that group's maximum loan limit. Amounts are shown in your detected local currency.
Amounts are displayed in your local currency, converted from Kenyan Shillings at indicative rates. All loans are denominated in KES. Converted figures are for guidance only. Contact our customer care team for exact figures in your country.
